At the top and bottom of every forum page, flanking the list of threads on the left hand side, are two big blue buttons that say "New Thread".
Er ... and make sure you are actually in the forum you wish to place your thread in before you press the button - and for the love of Fara, don't accidently post it in the OTF; you'll be flamed, trouted, mugged, drop-kicked, etcetera.

Unless you mean "new thread" in that case there is a button there for creating new threads. Seen in every forum, while not rading threads.

Not really. Mostly we sit around and place bets as to when the next "wen doz ladder reset???" thread will show up. Bonus points if you can correctly guess which irritated poster will have the obligatory meltdown.
