MFing in cows?

Hey guys just wondering if you join a game solo and MF the whole cows will u find anything good? Or would it be better to do it solo in 8 ppl server?

i doubt it the best way to find stuff is in a party of 8 in cows the only problem is u need to be able to grab the stuff when it drops lol.

Cows got nerfed in v1.10. They can still be run, and are a good place to look for runes.

However, there are better places, in my opinion, to Magic Find.

You can play solo, and simulate 8 players in game by entering the command:

/playersX

Note: X is the number of players you wish to simulate

I think its a great place to run without mf, getting eth polearms, superior armors etc, pgs and occasionalla some nice uniqs.

I agree with woundead.
If you need uniques/sets, cows are definitely a bad option.
Go to cow level, if you need different kind of stuff:
- paladin shield with good resists (for making runewords);
- some blank socketed items for runewords;
- gems (you'll find tons of Flawless'es in Cows even on NM);
- charms (even on NM they can spawn with +skills), jewels, other magic items that can be useful and can't be bought.
