Upgrading Questions (Again)

I know I asked this before, but I forgot the answer and can't find the original thread. What/where are the recipes for upgrading items? I have a Kelpie Snare and a Shaftstop I'd like to upgrade for my Merc and don't know the recipes to do so. Thanks for the help in advance.

Weapon = Pul + Lum + perf Emerald
Armor = Ko + Lem + perf diamond

P.S. hope that the shaft isn't eth. Eth armors of any kind lose the +50% defense when upgd.

Hehehe...I was wondering why the forum looked different and then saw after you said it was the wrong one that I was in the "trading forum". Oops. Thanks for the answer though.
