It'll have +7 all skills when you ID it. But only if you use a scroll of ID dropped by nightmare Griswold. And you've got to hold onto your big toe while you do it. And only if there's a full moon out.

Of course, and it's a great find if you don't have one/several already. As Megaritis mentioned, it can get rather frustrating to find a crappy Gheed's when you'd rather have a magical charm.
