how to rush low level char quickly?

whats the quickest procedure to rush a low level char to hell forge?
i always can not finished the arreat quest. how?

Quickest possible way:

Glitch rush.

I'm not too sure on the specifics of a glitch run, but i'm sure someone can answer that question.

The ancients quest is only a prereq for going into the WSK. You can bypass this by partying with someone who has beaten the ancients or is of a sufficient level to get the quest. Then all that needs to happen is for them to be in the Throne of destruction while baal is killed. Your rushed character remains in town and receives the baal quest as long as someone is in the throne who needs the quest. Rinse and repeat in NM.

ive found that if you do it this way its the quickest, especially if there is a high level helping:

Lvls 1-15 Norm Tristy Runs
Lvls 15-20 Norm Tomb Runs
Lvls 20-24 Norm Cows
Lvl 24-25 Norm Ancients
Lvls 25-40 Norm Baal Runs

Then you get rushed all the way to where you can do nightmare baal runs, then do that until around lvl 65. From there you go through hell and do hell baal runs from 65 to 80. My buddy had his account done that way, and it took him a very short time to get them all to lvl 80 doing it this way.
