i once told one of my work minions she did good so she'd get a gold star. one of the other managers was eavesdropping n hit me up about my 'star system' (which didnt exist. i was just being silly). i went on to fully outline how to work a star system...


she really did it. she was an idiot. mostly cos i went n got a stash of gold stars and kept adding them to random peoples lines.

I'm going to have fun with my residents in a similar way. I've already decided on a few "rules" that the new students need to know, such as "Letting yourself into the RA's room results in him reporting you for a violation of his choosing". Such violations will range from noise complaints to selling heroine out of your room, depending on how obnoxious you are.
