That's what I thought. But it became really troublesome. Like it would hurt a lot whenever I balled my hands up. And they broke really easily.

No. No one sued anybody. People get hurt practically on a daily basis doing that. I personally have lost 5 toenails so far, not to mention a few sprained thingamajigs, and god knows how many bruises, bloody noses, and busted lips.
