That's usually the time when we have a horror movie moment.
When you suddenyl find out that your office building is built on an old indian burial ground, and this is the exact date they come out and start haunting everyone.
Zombies are almost always involved too.
That "this house was built on an Indian burial ground" plot is so overplayed. I hate it when books and movies use that and try to pass it off as original.
Fine, how about:
The girl was killed in a tragic accident several years ago. She got crushed by the elevator. By the way, you have the night shift for Halloween, no one else is around, the stairs are blocked off because we are being stupid so your only access to any place in the building is by taking the elevators.
Sure... If you consider going to school immediatley after you're off work 'fun'.Originally Posted by TurbulentTurtle

Speaking of which, however, my last shift scared the crap out of me, cause we have surveillance camera's out in the hallway leading up to the central station (office where I work), and before the hallways, there is a stairwell, and an elevator, which is not monitored by surveillance.
Last Friday I was sitting at my desk and then the light flickered, so I look up at the camera monitor and notice the hallway light flicker too. Oh and did I mention I was working by myself on friday? Anyways so I think nothing of this at first, but then the monitor flickers, after the lights, and next thing I know I see a figure on the monitor IN THE FREAKING HALLWAY! The figure was not there a moment ago but when the monitor flickered it was just 'there', and walking towards the office. All the while im sitting here freaking out thinking Ju-on was after me.
Then the door opened and my good friend walks through, she looks over at me and says "hey Ay, did you notice the lights flicker earlier, man it was spooky, or did you even notice?" needless to say I was so relieved.
Of course by the time she finished asking me if I noticed the lights I was under my desk crying, hahahaha.
Heres a good example, this was the closest picture I found of what I saw that night.
:Linky:
Holy poop I would have needed to bring a fresh change of pants after something creepy like that.
If I saw something like that in the hallway, I would have just froze and stared at the monitor and hope to hell that I wake up soon.
Damn. That's one freaky pic. Thank God I don't have to work near any empty hallways by myself.
Um...how did you get a picture of my house?
Looks like Al's not the only person with a stalker.
Hey, you get stalked a long enough time you start to catch on and become one yourself.
So anyone going to join in on the new comm OT thread for spring?
It seems im going to be hosting it, which is why im asking.
