You cannot upgrade sets (green) magicals (blue) socketed (grey) crafted (orange) or base items (white).

You can upgrade uniqs from normal to execptional on non ladder and execptional to elite on ladder. You can upgrade rares (yellow) on both ladder and non ladder from normal items to their elite versions.

You can imbule normal items (white) and ethereal items (grey) with no sockets on both ladder and non ladder.

I think that pretty much covers all of the bases.

Asphinx AGAIN: Hey you have some items that your collecting that id love to get a hold of to use, I have a pretty good eth collection myself on non ladder as ive been colecting for a while now. Maybe we can work something out. Also i might have some eths that you still need on ladder.
