hey, I was all good up to joining the "#uswest-dclone" channel.

It says "You need a registered nick to join that channel". That's quite weird... it says I'm "Jchu637" already though. Did I skip a step?

yes u need to register that nick. type /msg nickserv register <ur password> <ur email>
