Executioner Swords are actually usable at clvl 25 - they are still only exceptional items, even though they are about the biggest exceptional sword.
The hard part with those is that they need 170 Str and 110 Dex, which is an awful lot of stat points to have by level 25!

Yes, they can wield a 2h sword one-handed, so it can be used together with a shield, a one-handed weapon or another 2h-sword. The drawback is that 2h swords do significantly lower damage when they are used one-handed.

Depends on the sword. You are better off giving specific examples of weapons than asking generic questions.

I thought my question was clear as my ideas, but i specificate my meaning. When i told a good weapon i mean the best of them all. Therebefore, which pair of weapons is the best opinion for doing most damage: a pair of the best one-handed sword or a pair of the best two-handed sword.....
