Hehe, thanks guys. I lost my temper in class today. I don't mean to be sexist, but apart from Phoebe (I actually have a friend at college :O) the class almost entirely girls, and they're all giggly. I'm trying to listen to the tutor (I really struggle to take things in vocally, I have to rewrite the handouts to revise) and all I can hear is giggling. So I turned round and yelled 'Shut the **** up'. My tutor said he understood my point, but that my execution was inappropriate

Your tutor sounds like a dumbass. In college ppl should at the very least STFU at class, so those who wanna learn can! I only ever had one good educator who basically said that if ppl. was going to look at youtube, read a paper or generally be absentminded, they could just leave right away.
That helped.

I agree with your tutor. You are not supposed to have to do his job. Just a shame he can't seem to do it. I approve of you telling them to shut up in no unclear words.

Think about all the cute animals you get to meet and care for whenever the humans feel too much. It's worth it!

I know the feeling kitteh. That is why I liked that attendance was not mandatory at any of our classes at uni. It meant that only those who wanted to learn came and those that didn't mostly failed.

My baby is getting put down soon. My Mum made an appointment for tomorrow, but I don't think she's suffering just yet. A bit confused, but not enough to warrant putting her to sleep. They made me decide because I study animals, and I had to look into her eyes. I don't want my best friend to go, but I know that when she begins to suffer, she has to.
