But while cooking on the tray works well too, the honey also cuts the calories, since dextros (the sugar in honey) is sweeter than sucrose (white sugar) it requires less, usually about 3/4ths to 2/3rds less per volume. you also need to toss in a bit of extra flour, about 1 T to account for it. My mom switched all her recipies when I was a baby since it's less processed and I use it along with splenda for my cousin who's diabetic.

Honey is also an antiseptic, which is only one of the reasons why you use honey and lemon for sore throats.

On a side note, don't ever feed babys (less than a year) uncooked honey, it can give make them fatality sick.

Also, i've read that people who are allergic to bee stings have to be careful with eating honey.

The great thing about honey is that there are so many varieties depending on what nector bee used to make it.

But I don't want to be importunate. I was kinda lucky because she wrote me in the first place today! My away message was "oh kiss my ***!" because I was so pissed off. She wrote "hi" and "why?" and so it started. I said that it would be a bad day and so on and went to help my father to calm down. I did and than chatted further with her... But I think I'd better wait now, let her room, let her time to think about it. At least for the moment.
