I know for a fact that once a person kills a boss once (and completing the quest) that you get a improved drop. However, you only get that drop once and then get reduced chances when you kill them agian.
Now here is my question. I met somone today that said I should make super-drop starters. The character in question could start a game in hell but has never killed Baal in hell but has the quest. Ok so I then perma the game with the starter character, and bring in my killer (who has already done the quest).
Will I get a "super drop" or will it just be a normal second kill drop?
You character that makes the game MUST NOT have completed the quest. So let's say you want to get a quest NM andariel ( good chance for SoJs ), your character that makes the game must only have finished normal baal then. And he must not complete the quest once andariel dies.
Woh, and I thought the guy was full of hot air![]()
Thanks for the info! :winner:
I thought it worked the other way.
Character who has killed makes game.
Character who hasn't killed before kills andariel but because quest is done, cannot get quest. But can get quest drop?
I'm not sure which way it worked. Anybody comment?
I'm fairly certain dang79 is correct here.

It's who makes the kill that determines the drop.
The only aspect of this situation the game creator affects is the quest.
