Then do yourself a big favour and check out two of my favourite bands Centro-matic opening for My Morning Jacket playing together for a few select dates this week as follows:

15 Wed New Orleans, LA House of Blues

16 Thu Houston, TX The Engine Room

17 Fri Dallas, TX Gypsy Tea Room

I am just so ticked that I will miss this that I hope someone else here might take a chance to be hugely entertained.

A lot of my good friends have been to the Gypsy tea room quite regularly..... It might have been to See The Mars Volta if you have heard of them. I wonder if they know of this band.

I have heard of The Mars Volta but not heard them. I suspect your friends will have heard of Centro-matic and related band South San Gabriel. They play there pretty regularly I believe as they are from Denton, Texas.
