Which setup for pvp tri-elementalist?!

Gonna finish my druid tonight and i cant decicde on which setup i'm gonna use. Here they are:

Shako
arachnid
soj
raven
maras
storm(-req)

#2
Jalals(fire facet)
verdungo
2*sojs
storm(cham)
+3elemental/fcr or +2all/fcr amulet

which one would be better? they both give me 68%fcr, maxed pdr, cbf and the same amount of mana.

I like number 2 cuz the fhr from jalas is really nice and my dmg will be alot higher.

fire/cold/physical.....well, physical isnt really an element but it sounds more fun calling it tri-elemental.
