should i max all the lighting javlin skills for max? or just do cs and fury and max the dodge, avoid, evade skills? Is there a pvp javazon guide? also put points into pierce, penetrate?
There is other possibilities than maxing skills you know? Try looking at the points where the passives start returning nearly nothing for each skill point, also take your gear choice into consideration, e.g having +passives on gloves.
About 7/8/7 D/A/E, then a few critical strike, 1 valkyrie if you like it, 1 point in pierce, the rest in charged strike + synergies.
That's the basic build i think.

If your using CS as your main attack, you wont need ar anyways. Or pierce for that matter. So putting points into penetrate and pierce would be a waste. Also you wont need critical strike either since CS doesnt do physical damage.
The only think id say youd need ar for would be LF an even that doesnt take much ar to hit its target. If your going all lightning attacks, then focus more on d/a/e and fast run/walk charms. Damage reduce is good too...always.
If somebody uses minions he'll know it with pierce. It's only one point anyway, besides it comes in dead handy for PvM. Critical strike doubles your physical damage, you're an idiot if you don't skill that at least up to 50%. And you need more than 1/1/1 passives, and valk can catch thunderstorms and stuff. Don't be a jerk and shut up if you know nothing about pvp.
