Hello. I wish to gain some weight, I am 16 years old(DoB 7/6/87) 5'11'' or 6'0'' and about 140-145 lb. I was thinking about buying some weight gainer 1850 or 2200 from the local GNC. I hope to gain about 15 pounds in which 8-10 would be muscle. I will be doing Pull-ups/Curls/Push-ups/Dips.
I'll be doing this either every other day or 3 times a week. I will talk to the person at the GNC about this, but I remember some of you saying you know alot on this subject. I would like your opinions on this, as in how do you think it will work... should I increase/decrease something? I was also thinking that if I did this, maybe if enough people are interested I could post every so often a little "journal" of my progress. Maybe this journal could help someone here? I have high matabalism(sp?) and I cannot always get to the right foods, this is why I wish to use the weight gain stuff. Thanks for reading and hopefully posting.
