Pre-buff barb helm (BO+BC), worth anything to PvP'ers? der=0>

Hey all you PvP'ers, I have a little question for you.

I found this nice item on Euro Ladder and wondered if its really as useful as I thought.

Gale Mask. Fanged Helm. Def 34 (64%ed)
Req lev 60, req str 35
+2 Barb skills
+3 Battle Orders
+1 Battle Command
+6 NRG
+35 Life
+15% poison res
rep dura

In my eyes its a good Pre-buffer, but what do you think?
And also someone said there's a cap on +skills of 3. But isn't that for chars who cant get the skill normally? This is a Barb only helm so he should get all the benifits yes?

Anyway help would be appreciated as to whether to keep trying to sell this or just give it to charsi...

There is a cap for plus a single skill of 3. It only applies to classes that normally CAN get the skill. Barbs will only get 3 battle orders from a 6 bo cta. Don't worry about it though, because the barb skill plus and the battle orders plus, do stack. Echoing weps will also stack with these.

only applies to oskill items like the CTA / Frostwind / Flamebellow...

Barb helms can give barbs +skills to whateverthefu(k they want to give +skills to
