Stupid chicken users! (Do you consider it a victory when the other player leave?)

I have a lvl 33 kicksin on useast hcl. She is mostly used for dueling stupid pkers trying to pk in pub baalruns. But is also doing normal duels. She always does very well. I never have to leave an never get killed (Duh! its hc ). But everytime i duel other players i Dflight in and talon them once or twice, and then they chicken out. Many of them just joins the game again. And want to duel again. I kick their *** and they just keep joining. So i was wondering. How can a kicksin get enuf dmg at lvl 33 to kill them before they chicken out? is it even possible?

PS: Do you consider it a victory when the opponent leaves the game in the middle of the duel?

I always find it funny when someone rejoins and goes like "AI PWN JOO NOOB" and gets out of the game few seconds later.

To me,if the opponent leaves due to timeout or connection problems its a draw,but if the guy chickens out ,its definately a victory for you.

normally, i would say yes. but the thing is, most people dont want to lose their HC character from a duel, so they just leave before they die. either way, you win, but dont consider it a total victory...

if you already have the malice runeword on a claw, i would suggest getting min/max damage charms, and ED jewels.

I'd use chicken in HC..no point in wasting all that time/effort. But using chicken in SC on purpose is completely stupid..just makes you look like a little nerd whos self esteem is totally dependent upon success in a duel in a video game.

AI is the new clan AK. almost all of them use 9 fps necros with marrow walk and 08 valk and tele away non stop and spam teeth and spirit from no less than 2 screens away and they either never use spear or try to use it but never hit anything. they tend to burn 16 pots in a few seconds due to excessive spamming and if you do manage to catch them wait for a screen full of trash talking and be prepared to get 7on1ed by their clan.

The most anoying is that after ive owned some1 they just rejoin and want a rematch. Then i own them again and rejoin another time. Its really anoying. I will try out that malice runeword. Maybe that will help me out

My thoughts exactly. In HC you need 1-hit-kills or very quick kills in other to actually kill persons.

First off, if they leave the game during the duel or go back to town during a duel, you win. Chicken = lose.

Second, don't use a Malice runeword. I've done a heck of alot of testing on a couple sins at levels 25, 26, 29, 31, and 35 and at all levels I've found that Strength claws beat Malice claws anyday. They have a pretty big boost to str (+20) and even a vit (+10) as well. Between the str boost and the CB, you'll be dealing alot more damage in a much smaller time frame. When worrying about chicken users, its all about the big hits. CB will give you those big hits you need to kill them before than can chicken if its possible. Malice's Open Wounds is more of a patient man's psn for hit and run attacks.

By the way, if you are level 33 I'd recomend going to level 35. At level 34 you get access to Guilaume's Face which is just insane for a kicker (35% CB, 30% fhr, +15 str) and at level 35 you get the Black runeword which is like Strength on steroids due to 40% CB as opposed to Strength's 25%. My level 35 can kill pretty much anyone unprepared below level 40-45 (depending on class) in 1-2 volleys of kicks. If they are casters, expect them to die in the first volley barring necros with bone armor.

lol actually i save and exit in pub duel games when i have a lot of gold.(usually with my barb or druid) the thing is i like to challenge large teams of lamer necros, hammerdins, trappers, foher,etc and i see no reason to stay just so they can kill me and get 300k gold from me and my full rejuvs and then nk me when i'm str bugged and lose my stuff.
