Frozen Armor or Shiver Armor?

i use shiver, as it works on attack, not on hit like frozen. while shiver doesn't freeze, it does slow them down enough such that with 65% fcr i can get away.

With a HF merc are the monsters chilled anyway ?

he was just trying to make a point. And a bad one. in just another thread he said "what's just 1 point" when he was asked about why to put 1 point into Thunderstorm.

and i dont beleave that u can get thunderstorm from a wand so thats a dif. story. And u can prove that it was me who type that :creep:
