[WHCL] FT Sin Tiara + Trang Belt

I trade you frosties, tarnhelm 40%mf, and 2 nagel (don't remember mf) for helm and belt. What is the str and dex req for helm?

I'm hoping to get a magi most of all out of this. the other stuff I can buy with p gems. I was under the impression that the belt was worth a little more than this? perhaps I am wrong.

not sure the str req on tiara but I'm sure its low.
