This would be good for a Fire/LIghtning build. Sadly there is no Orb giving added damage for Fire and cold :(

Both the slow and the freeze are effective at low levels even in Hell. With a weapon switch and +skills Shiver gets 4 second slow Frozen 2 second freeze. In Hell divide by 4. Take your pick 1 second slow, or 0.5 second freeze, I will take the freeze anyday.

For me facets not that much crucial because most of my builts relay on FO as main attack and I usualy anyhow brake mark 17CM with items so I am at cap for cold...
On other hand I still dont get what so uber with enigma and why everyone accept that SoJ and Anni not uber and Enigma/CoH are.
Slight derailing here but here is economic way to get Enigma/CoH...
On US-East price on Enigma/CoH pretty solid and equal 2 SoJ. Best items to get fast margin profit is occy and tal's ammy. You can get then as low as Lem (for occy) if you do trade's like that Lem-Occy-Um (couple times) or for Tal's ammy is usual lowest price is Mal then you go like Mal-Tal's-Ist-Ber. You can get Lem for many many mid lvl uniques/set items fairly easy. From what I have seen getting SoJ and Anni a bit more expensive then getting Enigma. In a sence you can get Anni again via chain starting from Lem ... Lem-Occy-Um-Shako-Anni but I dont see a way of getting cheap SoJ on ladder, ppl dont pay SoJ for Ist

I sold a Tal's armor recently for 100 Pgems + @, where @ was a midlvl rune.
That was on Europe Trading Forum though....
To a player who has already got all he needs for his build or collection, pgems are absolutly valuable for charm rerolls, crafting and rare item rerolls.
Enigma is valueable for MF,+2skills,Teleport......
CoH, high resists, +2 skills.
Whereelse do you get +2 skills on armor, besides Arkaine's ?
3-4 possible armors in game with +2skills. Says enough for the price, also the kind of runes you have to use to make them :o
