PK Ears ... what are they really good for ?

Hi All,

The last few days has seen alot of PK threads on this forum. Some of them have really rubbed people the wrong way and tempers have flaired, so I've decided to try and lighten the tone abit with a "fun PK" posting about ears.

Son of Rah ... over 300 ears.[/COLOR]

So ..... What do you do with all these ears ?

1/ Make bead curtians out of them (use ears instead of beads) ?

2/ Send them to people you want to hear from .... (hehe, bad joke) ?

3/ Use them to impress the chicks like Van Gogh ?

Can't think of much else they would be useful for. Come on people, lets have some more suggestions ... the more outlandish, the better.

You can never have too many trophies. Even if they are all just soccer participation trophies from when you were 6.

EDIT:
And I'm pretty sure that "....over 300 that's a bit low isn't it?" is in regards to this new fellow claiming that he had over 300, implying that Rah has many more.

Well I always joked that I was tring to make my own personal string of ears. Seriously. Then again, I'm still trying to work out how many people I need to kill to gain experience.

In all respects I don't really worry too much about the ear. Typically my pvpers retire after they fill up their stash with ears. The main reason is that kept a low profile, as getting too many ears too quickly can put a halt to future forays including duels (which was the main reason why I retired the characters over several different accounts). Try finding someone to duel you after about a hundred or so ears in 3 weeks of nothing but duels with 100% victory rate. Getting people to duel you with that reputation halts practically everyone except for people new on the duelign circuit.

Over the past 3 or so years that I've dueled/pked I've lost count. I've retired quite a few pvpers due to max ears, and many others died only needing a couple more until old age and retirement. Out of those ears a few have been really special *to me*, and those are ones that required alot of effort on my half.

My first ever ear, from 1.03
My first 99 ear gotten 5 mins of hunting down a sorc. Caught her in the River of Flame
First ladder ear (lvl 46 barb - day 1 of ladder)
Highest ladder ear (lvl 75 sorcy - about day 8 of ladder iirc)
Anyone who I need to kill 10+ monsters in order to get to and kill.

Ears that I specifically went after:
Pk_Me
CantBePked
NightShade -lol yea I know, but we can't have imposters going around pretending to be him
Anything racist, offensive or taunting pks
Anyone who tries to convince me that cheats are ok, whilst I am hunting.
Anyone who tries to kill others using colorhack etc. nothing better than bringing in a fully equiped dueler and kill both of them.
