This has been bugging me for a while :

Every time I go to view a picture too large for my current window, it shrinks the damned thing and I have to enlarge it....How can I get it to stop!?

Windows xp or some such

From IE
Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab
Uncheck automatic image resizing in the multemedia section...

Teh pr0n is too small when it's resized eh?

Edit: Realized you didn't actually specify in your browser...
If you mean like opening a bmp or a jpg and it opens in that stupid *** picture viewing program, then changing the program those types of files are associated with would probably be the best way =/

Got dsl now, pictures are obsolete, movies are the current. ^.~

I've had that problem as well. Just move your mouse over the picture and hold it still for a few seconds. After that, an icon should appear in the bottom right corner of the pic. Click that, and it should set it to normal sized.
