Well hey guys, as you can see im new here. Although that doesnt mean im new to diablo2. In fact, I've played for the past 2-3 years and I quit for a while. Now I am suffering from a relapse, but its okay, Diablo2 is a great game.

Right now im playing on USEast Ladder, and I made a bet that I could be better than my friend in 2 weeks. (Its a $20 bet, not bad, but bad if I lose)

I started a necro, and I noticed this thread so if you guys can help with any of the following items:

Shako
Skin of the Vipermagi / Enigma
Mara’s
Death’s Web
Homonculus
Arm of King Leoric
Darkforce Spawn / Boneflame / Homonculus
Soj
Trang Oul’s Gloves
Silkweaves
Arachnid Mesh

Yeah yeah, they're pretty expensive items, but ill take what help I can to win the bet. If I do actually get any help, I'll be sure to make some contributions later in return. :flip:

Okay, I wasn't really sure what you guys were limited to here but I honestly didn't expect anyone to give up that stuff. Although, anything else is appreciated... $20 for someone poor like me goes a far way.

Hopefully in the future (I'm going to guess about 2-3 months) I should have some stuff to add to the necrofunds.

Hello, my story is pretty much the same as everyone else who is mooching off this thread. Used to play (was even on these forums, name of Toast and I posted frequently, had a couple hundred posts) and found D2 again. I looked up the 1.10 patch (I think I quit because I was waiting for it) and it sounds REALLY cool. Viable Necromancer builds? YES!

Now the dilemma: I don't have quite as much free time as before. I got a job and school to balance, and starting a new account will take a long time. Thats why I have appealed to these higher powers.

I am going to be able to play from friday on and will be playing pretty frequently with spring break. I can use anything you can spare, namely MF gear, good low/mid lvl skellimancer gear and Merc. stuff. Again, I'm not asking for much, just what you can spare.

My account name is *TheWretched6 on USWest ladder. I'll be on at 8:30 pm pacific till 11-12, and most of spring break.

I have just been a trading fool the last two days.

Ripsaw, heavenly garb, Sanders superstition, black tongue and bloodmoon for a grand total of 12 perfect gems.

Gerke's sanctuary, lidless wall, frost burn, executioners justice with shael and sureshrill for a total of 3 perfect gems.

And if you think that last one was a great deal, how about this one.

Harlequin Crest for Lo rune.

Most of these will end up in the necrofund but I'm keeping the Harley.

Err.. well, gvandale is being himself (harsh), but he is right to say that the items you have requested we don't have available with a few exceptions: Trang Claws, Vipermagi, and Silkweaves. We may have already given away the first two; I haven't checked the second account since it was first made. However, I'm pretty sure we have the boots, if you still want them.

I hope that you have browsed some of the pages before the last page; you'd have noticed that we are largely trying to equip Necros with low-mid level gear. Any high-end gear is welcome but hardly necessary for us to achieve our goal of helping new players. I mean, a free Enigma? Are you serious? You should have looked at recent inventory posts; that way, you would have known what to ask for, items like Gravenspine, Sigon's, etc.

Okay. Enough of all that. Private Message (PM) one of us (gvandale, Necrochild, Bleedblack, Kbob, or me) with your account name and times when you play, and we'll try to meet you in a game to give you the boots and, perhaps, the Trang claws and Vipermagi.

If this fund ever gets to the point where we hand out Arachnid Mesh's....
