wats the ias break points?

Should i use FHR? if so at least how much?

If i use a 110%ias phase blade....will my smite hit faster then a lets say 60ias botd zerk?

should i use exile zakarum? or vortex? cus i like the min dmg with zak 4x-4x compared too vortex 1x-9x? is min better then max?

does ed jewels from socket in the shield count more dmg? wat about helm/armor?

yes, you should. it isn't mandatory though.

it's a matter of tastes, both have the same average smite damage.

yes ED counts everywhere but in weapons
