Here we go again.

1. I don't think my medication is working properly. I'm still depressed all the time. It sucks.

2. My hair is falling out.

3. Im poor.

4. My parents bug me.

5. I haven't got any alcohol. Sweet...sweet alcohol.

How old are you, Immortal?

Nvm.. found it. You're 17, right? I don't know many 17 year olds who aren't poor, or who's parents DON'T bug them. I doubt your hair is falling out. You're probably just imagining it. Change your meds if they aren't working. Get help to fix it. Alcohol isn't the answer.

2. I have bottle of vodka in my room and I'm tempted to get drunk but I've told myself that the day I star drinking alone becuase I'm depressed is the day I'm an alchoholic. Besides, If started drinking every time I felt like **** I would be drunk constantly.

To Immortal:

1) What medication are you taking and what are you taking it for? Trust a med student on this, it is very important you talk to your doctor about this.

2) How long has your hair been falling out? Is it in clumps, a few strands here and there, or simply rubbing off?

3) No question here. If you have enough money to live on, then you are never poor in a monetary sense.

4) No question here. Everyone's parents bug them sometimes.

5) No question here. Alcohol is a depressant in large amounts and having a lot of alcohol can equal a lot of depression. Being dependent on alcohol can also make you depressed when you don't have any.

I'm 20 in April. My hair is falling out because I constantly have to vacuum long black hair off the tiles. I will see my doctor when I can afford it.

Things are never usually as bad as we perceive them to be.

At 20 years old, I'm not surprised in the least that you are poor. The vast majority of 20 year old's are. No worries for you there.

Even if you are losing hair... I wouldn't be too alarmed. We lose hair all the time. However, if you are noticing a bald pattern emerging that is obvious, then it might be so. If that is the case... trust me, many women find bald men sexy. Just NEVER EVERY comb it over. :teeth:

Parents were put on the earth to "bug" their children (as Ankanakha said).

If the meds aren't working, then it's time to have them re-evaluated and the dosage changed (or a new medication tried).

It is sometimes hard to see the skylight when one is in the pit of despair, but have faith... the sky never goes away. You'll see it again. Just hang on and have faith (and I don't necessarily mean that in the religious sense).

Yeah I know it's mostly in my head, but I find ranting about it makes me feel better. Hence the Rants R Us.

I'm starting a Youth Work thing soon so that will also give me something to do. I go insane when I'm not doing anything.
