I think one of my most fun pokemon builds was a baton pass build, basically I had a whole lot of pokemon that had abilities like swords dance, agility, double team etc. and baton pass. I would use all the abilities until they where maxed, than baton pass to my sweeper (I can't remember what it was) to end the game.
One of my favorite defense Pokemon was miltank.
Edit: Weren't the punches "physical attacks" Or was that only in Diamond onwards?
I loved the originals (Red, Yellow, Blue, and Gold, Silver, Crystal). The new pokemon make it too confusing.

It was later on that they changed physical attacks to represent normal attack damage. Before that it was based on type of attack, like ice, fire, etc.
I never got around to tryiong a baton pass type, but I think it would be really fun.
I never got past the 70th trainer (somewhere neat that, anyway) in battle tower. dangggg
I played some of those era of Pokemon games, but never went nuts on them like that.
I never played past ruby/sapphire. Played those ones on and off for a few years, and then became distracted by D2 for the hundredth time, probably.
Can someone do my sept for me? It feels like too big of a project now -_-
You can log 50,000 hours in pokemon but can't complete a sept?
