Is too demotivated towards posting. :( I want to post, but I keep stopping myself.
I know I've got the beginning of a cold. My throat was sore this morning when I woke up, and I can feel the early symptoms. Still, I think I might've caught it too late to reduce the severity, but we'll see. At the moment, lots of honey and tea, and I should've bought oranges or mandarins when I went shopping just before, but didn't consider it.
So, what are the most wacky, out-there or realistic remedies to reduce the severity and duration of colds. Personally, I think that dosing yourself up with Vitamin C, and lots of tea and honey at the very first symptom, and that helps quite a lot in my opinion (my experience shows this, but it may be either coincidental or false desire/recollection.) I also recommend a shot of alcohol ('kills the bacteria around the throat! Yeah, that's it,') but that goes for everything. I also don't have any at the moment.
I got 14 year old Oden Scotch for Fathers day.
