Weather has been the same here in Wisconsin. It is either in the 50s or 80s for highs. There was a period of about 4 days a couple weeks back where it was 95 for 2 days then 60s the next day and the day after the high was in the 50s. I can't remember a day this year where it was just something nice like 70 degrees with a light breeze. Always 1 extreme or the other.

There is an ad bot wreaking some havoc as well. My attempts to report it always lead me to a page that says invalid link or something close to that anyways. Guess it doesn't matter though someone took care of it rather fast.

I was busy with stuff tonight. Just now got the free time to actually play something.

I made it to floor 6 last night, but I am guessing I will have to start at 5 when I pick back up. There is only 1 of the dungeon shortcuts for every 4 floors as I can tell. Made it to C lvl 12. I found a unique staff, but the mods on it looked kinda garbage so I sold it. I like the game, especially the fact that if you aren't careful you can screw your character with shrines. I came across a goat shrine and was feeling adventurous, It was the effect that gives you 2 free potions and heals you. I like that aspect of the game, like gambling you might get lucky and get some free stat points. usually you will just get a random effect though that has no long term bearing on the character, or you can be unlucky and get screwed forever.

I was playing on B.net and someone tried to PK me and I ended up killing them, that was fun. A rouge tried playing peekaboo with the stairs to the next level so I lured some hidden over there and when she popped back in to try shooting again she had to run from the stairs. I got her hit recovery locked after I was finally able to catch up and hit her.

No running in that game makes me a sad panda.

Just remember what the shrines do and you should be fine. I loved the shrine that gave you gold for all the blank spaces in inventory.

The connection last night was pretty good. There was a few lag spikes as people joined and left my game. There eem to be a lot of hacker/dupers though, I got game messages saying duplicate items were detected on people. I guess a private game though would fix both the problems, as well as keep PK'ers out.

Yea, D1 is bad with hacks and such.

I think after playing D3 it would be even tougher to go back to D1. It was fun though.

I commend that spammer, he managed to bomb pretty much every forum before he got got. Most don't get that far.
