I just went outside quickly to where there used to be some, they all appear to be dead, although I did see one move very quickly, but it could have been a different kind of spider (looked to be the wrong shape).

Ah well. I think I do (although quite a long time ago) remember some webs, but not recent enough to be confident about it.

Eragon the book was much better than the movie. It may be because after reading the book, I could pick up on inconsistencies with the original, but the movie seemed to ignore large factors that the books included (isn't that always the case?) and had some pacing issues (again, I think this is quite common with book -> movie scripts.)

The movie was horrible, in fact i only watched up to where the dragon grew in seconds and turned it off... They really did a number on it.

I didn't think it was horrible. I didn't think it was good either though. The communications between Sapphira and Eragon were pretty bad, and some of the lines were laughable. But after reading the book so recently, I wanted to backhand the characters in the movie, and tell them that they are ignoring their own personalities/backgrounds... The movie script really ignored important key elements, and glossed over important development.

Murtagh (movie): 'To the Varden it is.'
Me: **** no! You don't want anything to do with them! You try to avoid them at all cost! You fear that they'll judge you, based on your father. And they do, hence why you want to avoid them, and look for an escape!

Murtagh in cell: 'Let me out!"
*kicks Urgal through jail(/cage) wall, with no difficulty at all*
Me: If it was that f**ken Weak, why did you not think to charge your weight against it!*

Yea, i still haven't read the fourth book yet. I hear it was kinda disappointing but i plan to read it at some point.

No pictures of the work site and pointlessness of our work there today. Too late now, and I'm meant to have those photos on a USB drive for work tomorrow. They'll be used to basically persuade the clients to do things the smart way.
So, I'm off to hunt for that USB, and then to bed. I'll get photos up tomorrow night, as I'll have plenty of time.

Also, isn't it always me who brings up spiders, snakes or other potentially deadly animals? :angel:
