did u do Spartan race drys? I was shooting for the Brisbane one in july but this knee injury is ticking up the weeks of no training. tried some today and threw out my hip and back from overcompensating
Don't take them. Leave them in the car, they'll get lost under the seat somewhere, and forget about them. The first push is the hardest, so don't give in so early. It'll probably drive you nuts, but look at the goals and benefits of giving them up.

Yeah, did Spartan Race today. I'm really happy with how I went, considering that I didn't start training until 1-2 months ago (and even that was not the most frequent training,) and have never even been jogging prior to starting training. But there were quite a few hard sections, and was overall tough, but fun.
Ooh, that's no good, rax! Is there a good chance of the knee recovery? Is this relating to the bike incident, or a long-term one? Definitely start with gentle strengthening. I'm very conscious of knee injuries. :/
