My spelling is actually better when I,m drunk because then I know I need to check carefully. Just back from yet another family lunch. Grandparents invited and it was nice. Still no clue what granddad,s point was with his stories, but then he,s 92 so we just listen and laugh when appropriate. Done with the official program for today. Just some cards to be played tonight with the parents. I,ll be drunk again tonight I guess.

Did some running on the treadmill yesterday. For the first time in just over 3 months. With the exception of feeling like i was dieing it went pretty good. Ran the 4 km as i usually do (which is ~2.5 miles for those that can't handle a decent metrics system ). Average speed was 10,3 km/h (~6,4 miles/hour). Certainly not my fastest, but 6 seconds faster then my last run that i did 3 months ago. Not bad for an old man.

I still feel my upper legs a bit. Even now it has been a day. I really should do this more often.

Oh yeah and to all the March people: January rules!
