I was in a game with a bunch of peopel who weren't ready for him and so we were all scattering about and trying to not die (the stupid flame aura alone was dealing 40 to me). Stubborn, I remained in the game, cast the occasional fire spell... until he trained his ****ing lightning inferno at me from off-screen. Dead in about 2 seconds.

Well, i was mere lvl 17, when i got surrounded by at least 15 of those rat men. we were doing the gidbin, and i got cornerend and surrounded. there was a point were i constantly had about 20 health left (or just a sliver) but i tried to heal - no rejuvs in belt :cheesy: - and, i died. oh well, Korzol-VII is going to be a skellymancer

Cause of death: Oh. My. ****ing. God. Today has been the worst day EVER. After the premature death of my druid, I actually got my "boring" barb up to a decent level, to where he could hold his own. Was doing chain pubby Baal runs, got to Bartuc, started War Cry-ing, my health suddenly drops, despite the fact that I haven't taken ANY damage from Bartuc before this, and have 60 some light resist, I slam the juv key but I still get the deeds. I am so angry right now I can't see straight (which makes it hard to type, trust me).

Cause of demise: No lag, no nada. Just got careless. I mean, who thinks anything about doing NM CS with a level 92 sorc dealing almost 1,200 FO damage? So this Unique Venom Lord got lucky, burned all my mana, I think I was in the middle of a yawn when it happened. Anyhow, they surrounded me man! Flamed me like mad. And before I knew it, Deeds. Oh well. Lesson learned. Do NOT put any more than 1 point into that stupid Telekenisis skill, it's bugged to do elemental damage stacked on the Physical DR, which I noticed all along while leveling her all this time. I knew I would have to rebuild her, but forced rebuild. NO FAIR. Still got all her MF gear however, so not like I need handouts.
And I believe this sorc will go down as the most overpowered sorc on East. I NEVER saw any other sorc like her.

From 13 to 22, I knew I was pushing it hard but I canna give it up when I got partners... so I pushed it Hardcore, right up to Duriel.
I knew I was meat, so I spammed wolves and count it my honour to get a WP open before Duriel decided it was Tinfoot spleen and flava beans.
I stuck around to ensure my WP remained open for my partners, who in the end whapped that slug into the salt mines that it belongs. My fellow druid looted my bod, and I hope he can use what I had and uses it to a better fate than I.

Travincal solo passworded game. Questing to rid my inventory of the flail. Had dispatched Flamefinger while dogs worked on Icefist or Vilehand. Was going too easy, should have known something weird was going to happen. With all the party up, doing everything by the book, using maul with full health (Bear/oak sage at level 56 was good for 1765 so I'm guessing it was 2000+ at time of death), Icefist or Vilehand falls and Deeds pops up. No lag, no curses present before the death and no sign of the 3rd unique council member. To generate an instant 2000+ damage. . .maybe an exploding death or a corpse exploding ala Nihlathak (Vilehand??). Credit for death went to the Water Watcher!? Bad luck for sure and it has pushed me to try something new. After playing DiabloII from the beginning with a year break between 1.09 and 1.10, I'm going to try my first sorc - hardcore of course. Should keep me busy for an hour and not a minute longer.

Cause of demise: After some pit running decided to kill Andy. Encountered some might enchanted dead zombies in her room. No big deal, killed the minions but before I could kill the boss, Andy made her move and in 1 shot, both merc/valk passed away. Try to lure Andy in the ante-room by resurrecting valk ahead of me, but Andy didn't seem to react, and valk didnt attack Andy as well. So I stepped forward, Andy attacks and I had some 1/4 life left, but the next poison attack was lethal. It seemed that she inherited the might aura from the unique boss I didn't kill. No big item losses, except for the hellrack xbow I was quite happy with.

Cause of demise: I really don't know. I was doing some passworded act 2 clearing to get my new merc up to my level, and hit a bad teleport into a pack of those lightning bugs. I had max LR, 70% block, and holy freeze merc right next to me, and still was 1-shot killed. Really weird because nothing else up to that point had even been able to scratch me and orb was 1-shotting everything. Lost everything I owned.
