My credit card issue caused my hero deleted?

I paid d3 with my credit card twice and both failed, so they deleted my level 20 hero?

Maybe some address issue on my credit card, but they don't have the right to delete my char.

if you've paid for it, they shouldn't be deleting your characters, although it could be some sort of glitch I suppose.

If you're referring to your beta character which you found no longer existed once you'd successfully paid and logged in, well I hate to break it to you but nobody gets to keep their beta character.

My wife just had a situation where her payment for Diablo III got flagged by the bank for whatever reason and Blizzard rescinded her purchase because of it. She was in the middle of act three and tried to log on this morning whereupon she received a notice saying her account didn't have DIII registered to it. Checking her email, there was a note from Blizzard saying they'd had to revoke her purchase because the payment didn't go through, but that they'd left all her characters in place should she wish to purchase again.

I b-live so any money problems can cause inability to play dii or any blizz game at all but not character deletion.
i b-live so blizzard is sane ppl and understands so there is no point of deletin chars in case of money problems.

You do not buy a subscription you buy a product. There is no reason why they should keep the characters if you bank fails to provide payment for the game.

Actually no you do not buy a product, you purchase a license to use a product. Same with all commercial software.
