Some passives not working?

Can anyone confirm if "Beacon of Ytar" and "Guiding Light" work, cause they sure don't work for me.

I think that cooldown reduction is not displayed in a tooltip. Had similiar thing on my WD with Spirit Vessel (tooltip still said 15 sec CD).

I can confirm that the passive DOES work, though the tip does not update. I used seven sided strike and looked at my clock. The CD was ~25 secs, which is what it should be.

Ye I went and counted the seconds, works. Guiding light increase wasnt showing in nightmare for some reason, its ok in hell and inferno. Or probably the heal didnt kick in, anyway everything works!:D
