Would I be able to run Diablo 3?

I have a lenovo laptop with:
Intel Pentium p6100 2.00 Ghz Dual Core
4 GB of Ram
Intel HD Graphics
Windows 7
Would I be able to run Diablo 3 on the lowest setting at around 25-30 fps?
I can currently run Starcraft 2 on the low to medium setting around 40-50 fps if nothing is happening and around 35-40 when the action gets hectic.

The ram meets the min. The processor I believe is a bit better than the min Pentium D. Which Intel HD graphics do you have?

AFAIK the p6100 has the first-gen HD graphics. If that's true, it won't run at more than 20 FPS even when nothing is going on.
