So my expertise revolves around the barb but heres my attempt on a PVP dh

what i want to achieve - Taking advantage of being ranged. you never want to be in melee range also due to passive you get increased Damage. this build is made to outlast your opponent simply by not letting them ever hit you or get on you and with the right skill this is achievable.

Well, we don't know anything about pvp now - maybe many skills will work differently, maybe CC will ne nerfed compared to PvM, etc etc

We don't how many health globes there will be on arenas (or however it is going to be called), and thats the main thing:
if there aren't many health globes, builds with high critical strike chance and high critical strike damage would be preferable - your goal would be to burst down the enemy before he gets to the globe
if there are many health globes, builds focused on maximizing DPS would dominate
