Battle net account problem!

I logged in today to find that things were missing.

1. I no longer have the option to download the D3 beta when I clearly had access to it since December of last year.

2. I no longer have a "beta profile" and have to create one again??

3. Under "classic games," I don't see Diablo II: Lord of Destruction or the Star Craft Anthology. Everytime I try to add them again, it's clearly taken.....because I was the one who added them in the first place.

I submitted a ticket, and hope to hear back, but until then, anyone know what is going on?

Hm, that's really strange. I know this might be silly, and you have probably checked it already, but have you logged into the right account? I mean, if you have 2-3 maybe you have logged into the wrong battle.net acc. Other than that... really have no clue. Gl with it.

I only have one account.
I did however, reset my password, but I don't think it would do that much damage. D:
