So here it is:

Fractal Design Core 1000 Mini Tower
i32100
Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V
ZOTAC GEFORCE GTX 560 TI 1024MB(Gonna go with the 560 TI thats the cheapest once i order the rig one week before release)
Corsair CX V2 500W PSU
500 GB hard drive 7200 RPM
Sony Optiarc DVD±RW Writer, AD-5280S
Kingston DDR3 HyperX blu 1333MHz 4GB

Im pretty sure i will be able to max D3 out with this.

Anything you think i should change? At first i thought about the Fractal Design Define R3 Black Pearl. But it costs 60 bucks more, and i dont see it increasing the performance of the system...

The main thing a case does is improve airflow via space or wire management. If you don't mind spending like $20 more, check out this case.

It's a similar style with more room to work with.

I can't see your current case being a bad choice though.

I'd suggest ssd for system/games. Even 60gb can be enough, and it gives major improvement in loading time, and overall comfort of using a pc. Many users report that difference from ssd drives alone is much more noticable than from upgrading rest of the platform.
It won't increase your fps of course.

#4 I thought about a ssd but decided to wait untill prices get lower... I think this rig will be fast enough for me since i use a 13.3 inch acer with a 1.2 ghz celeron singel core...

# 3 I think im gonna stick with a mini case. It was between these cases:

Fractal Design Core 1000 Mini Tower--> 49 USD
Fractal Design Arc Minitower--> 97 USD
Fractal Design Define Mini--> 120 USD
In-Win Dragon Slayer Micro Tower--> 69 USD

I decided on the core 1000 because its cheap and simple and will do the job.
