It drops a Black Mushroom. Just says it's for recipes and mentions Adria in the description. Haven't come across them in a long time. Only ever seen them once.

Well not really because in the Beta we are lead to believe that Adria is either missing, dead or in all other ways unaccounted for. These mushrooms confirm that she is indeed alive and counted for. Pretty sweet.

The text is in quotation marks. I think that makes it pretty clear that it's a quotation from Diablo I... not Cain speaking to us now, in the D3 timeline. She WAS alive when he said it in D1.
