Trouble updating to patch 14

Is anybody else having a similar program? I double click the icon and it just stays at 0%, the bar never progresses. Is there something wrong with my client or is it a blizzard issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I had something like this.

Try this:
1) Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and open the Task Manager.
2) Go to the Processes tab of the Task Manager and find Agent.exe in the list.
3) Right-click on Agent.exe and select 'End Process'.
4) Try running the Diablo 3 launcher again.


Edit: If this does not work, try it again, and again a few times. I'm reading that it can take as many as three times of the above instructions to get it to finally work.

Yes, you have to be patient, even if it says 0% and it doesn't seem to do anything, it will tell you it needs to update the "Updater" at some point. If it doesn't work, reboot your computer (easiest way to do the same thing as Diabolico suggested), and then try again, let the updater opened and do its thing, even if it doesn't seem to do anything...
