The whole thing is a huuuuge PR campaign... there are so few keys, so many who want them (or trying to farm them to sell for $). The chances to get one are about as good as running 1 Hell Baal and hoping for WF to drop... and that's combined efforts of all contests around.

I mean, I keep trying, but definitely not to the extent of sitting and refreshing a contest page non stop. That's just... extremely optimistic.
