A little background on the build. I'm planning to dual wield obviously with either swords or polearms since they benefit from more dmg or faster attack speed due to weapons master. Still not sure about weapon master though. I'll be using this build for single target dps in pvp.
Warcry + alabaster rune for survivability
Ancient spear + golden rune for distance closing and fury generation
Frenzy + golden rune for faster attack speed, and a chance to stun (when activated with WotB max attack speed can total 120% hence even higher chance to proc stun)
Sprint + crimson rune for closing distance or running away and finding health globes =/ (Can get up to 80% movement speed with WotB on). I will use it situationally...
Battle rage + crimson rune for more dmg.
WotB + golden rune for faster attack, movement speed etc... but I will have to make sure I keep generating enough rage to keep WotB going. Hopefully the higher lvl runes will lower rage requirements and extend the timer. Basically I hope Frenzy and the buffs from WotB, getting attacked + unforgiving + fury generators will be enough to prolong the timer.
Passives:
Unforgiving - more fury generation.

Juggernaut - reduce impairing effects and also heal.
