You should choose the parts individually then assemble it yourself or have someone else do it, that way you'll get the most for your money and a configuration that should fit you perfectly.

Might i suggest Intel and Nvidia to begin with?

First start off by telling us how much money you are willing to spend, and we can advise you on what to buy.

From the looks of your current rig, you will most likely need to upgrade 80% of your components.

i would sell your tower if you can and then i would follow the links that jamesL gave you. those seem like decent builds that would serve your D3 needs easily and probably better than low. if you upped the budget 100-200 bucks you could bump for the intel and then be set for awhile on some of the more demanding games. i would seriously consider the $500 game build on tomshardware. thats a great site and ive built or rebuilt several rigs. also check out maximumpc both the site and the magazine. they usually have good recommendations for builds and hardware too. unfortunately, you have time before the game comes. so save and try to dump your tower on a friend or something.
