if you want those items for lvl 18 duelling then you're going to be disappointed. the artisan mods (3soc) which would allow extra mods to an ordinary grey socketed item has a lvl req of 25 or so (not sure exactly, but certainly over lvl 18) and the jewellers mod (4 soc) is of course even higher (~37 i think). and small charms with the max/ar mod are lvl 21. you can however get large charms with 3max/20ar/15 life, and grand charms with 6max/48ar/20 life at that lvl.

i suggest you do a bit more research into exactly what you need, and be prepared to offer a lot more than those torch (which are pretty much untradable on non-ladder). good lld items are not cheap.
