Against a level 13 player this barb would have done far less damage, but probably still enough to kill his opponent in a few hits. Players also won't stand in place. With enough defense oriented gear, twink PvP could be quite fun.

So far supports my hypothesis of weapon throw being the best single target DPS move. Hope it stays, I like throwing big stuff.
