I just started my 1st PS sin.
I've found all set parts long ago, but never had the will to make one.
now I do, and she will be PS sin (with no idea what secondary claw, nor finishing move).
what I wanted to know is following (I play SP/Vanilla):
- meteor is the boss killer ?
- is 2nd charge (CL) any good ?
- ill go C/C, and pump out claw mastery last (after PS/FOF/CoT). what finisher to use ?
- what secondary clas to use ? bartuc, another Nat for fun, Jade, shadowkiller, maybe even chaos ??
- I'll go barb merc, any ideas on gear ?
I think that's all for now, if I come up with any other questions I'll ask them :)

Yes. This is the charge that you use most of the time.

I used Dragon Claw (my Mat thread is in the SPF and the Assassin Build Guides). Normal attack can work if you have enough AR and is marginally quicker. I'd stick to DC though as with two hit checks and the AR boost you are pretty much guaranteed to release the charges.

Best would be a magic claw with +3 Martial Arts, +3 Phoenix Strike. The secondary claw doesn''t hit when charging PS, so damage is irrelevant. Bartuc's is a solid choice. Jade is too slow and you don't need the resists with full Nat's.

Unfortunately no Lawbringer in Vanilla. If you are set on a Barb, I would probably go Crescent Moon in an Ethereal Balrog Blade, Ethereal Treachery and Arreat's Face / Tal's Mask.
Consider not using Weapon Block. If SC, you can try it both ways in 1.13.

Stick with Bartuc's, It's the #1 choice save for some ungodly impossible Rare claw spawn. I forget which ends up faster, Nat's or Bartuc's, so you'll have to work that out to see which one is better as your main hand claw. Either way, stick a Shael rune in your main hand and something else in your off-hand and you'll be sweet.
If you decide to switch out of your Nat's set, then go with Bartuc's in your main hand and Jade Talon in your off-hand. Best combination of +skills for PS damage and defensive mods with Jade Talon.
I forget which ends up faster, Nat's or Bartuc's, so you'll have to work that out to see which one is better as your main hand claw. Either way, stick a Shael rune in your main hand and something else in your off-hand and you'll be sweet.
It doesn't matter as the WSM is averaged. Nat's Mark should be in the primary position (above the gloves) as it has Ignores Target Defence on it.
If you are using Bartuc's as a secondary with a single point in Burst of Speed, with 20IAS on the gloves, the Shael is not needed. Nat's set has enough bonuses for you to hit the breakpoints. If you are using Fade (which I don't recommend - you don't need it) you will need mush more IAS.
If the merc is still negotiable I would recommend an Act 2 Blessed Aim Merc. The Charge up attacks aren't blessed with a lot of +AR% and as timing is really important especially with PS, hitting more reliably can never hurt.
I am using demon limb on switch for AR issues, and with limb I get ~7.5k AR.
I think that 7.5 is more than enough. If not I will swap out some charms, or maybe even go angelic combo.
merc is still giving headache from time to time, but draculs help him alot in terms of survivability.
atm A3 Hell, and she's rocking like mad.
Also, +1 to what maxicek said, once I get 79 I will keep Nat claw as primary due to ITD mod.
so far I'm using bartuc + jade.
I recommend up to about 76 with NM Baals then The Cave in the Cold Plains for levelling to 79 in SP. I have levelled up to 82 there fairly quickly as the alvl is a decent match to clvl. Be careful of Coldcrow though.
