Ok so obviously Diablo 3 is serious business. And as such every build has to be the most effective in every conceivable way.

With that in mind I present: The Quartet (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#QgYcdS!ThZ!baZZaZ)

Here's how it works:

You start off with full fury. Cast Battle Rage (100% damage buff, -20 fury). Then you cast Call of the Ancients (-75 fury) to call the Quartet into session. Since your international posse members' damage is based on your weapon damage, they also benefit from your Battle Rage buff.

Now you cast War Cry to buff the Quartet (runed for extra health and healing), gain 30 fury (bringing you to around 35-40) and let the fun begin! While your buddies whirl, cleave, and toss weapons, you have various tools designed to compliment them and provide the versatility to survive on your own between sessions.

Cleave is your bread and butter fury generator, runed to maximize damage on single targets, as that is the weak link of the build.

Leap Attack is for mobility and control. Use it against high priority targets, or to protect another member of the Quartet.

Seismic Slam is our riot control ability, runed for damage and knockback to quickly dispatch and disperse mobs surrounding our buddies, buying time to heal up.

The passives are chosen to maximize Quartet activity and longevity, by reducing the cooldown, giving us full fury orbs to start engagements, and providing extra health orbs (which heal all 4 members).

Let me know what you think and please share your crazy thematic builds :D

Tee hee. A bit hard to initiate on your own in higher difficulties I imagine, having to wait for that initial fury up without getting torn to shreads. I wonder how much you end up with at the end of a fight?

And I say solo because I wouldn't be waiting for your cool down of Call of the Ancients against small groups :)

Anywhoosle, I think this is a build we're all going to try at some point: The artillery barrage.

Because, why not?

Yeah there is that 5 second down time. You'll have to man it up by yourself. I suppose you could try and loot stuff while that happens, but it could also happen mid battle. I guess thats when you leap to safety :D

If Fury is an issue you could rune cleave with Golden. Or if Unforgiving turns out not so great in practice, you could go Weapons Master + mighty weapons (1 fury per hit).

I haven't spent much time on Demon Hunter skills, but damn that build looks awesome! I haven't even noticed that Crimson effect on Preperation. Also, the hate cost on Strafe is probably wrong somehow as it's listed as a generator, which would make this even better.

I wonder if you'll have enough Hate/Discipline to cast Sentry in longer fights. Or maybe everything would just die by the time you run out. Kinda makes me wanna play a Demon Hunter sooner than I thought I would :D
